For the Superoffice  program folder we use the variable pthp (and please write as below with the <url-> …….: )
  
<url->file:<pthp>Turnover.htm?cuid=<cuid><url%> 
  
and subfolder should be possible as well like 
<url->file:<pthp>modules\html\Turnover.htm?cuid=<cuid><url%>
